Woven wraps come in different lengths – how to find the perfect – base – size?

To choose the right one, the size of the clothes you wear is of the greatest importance.

You should consider some points, the most important is your body size, carries you would like to try (slings can be tied in a variety of ways, the most basic and initial ones are the kangaroo carry and front wrap cross carry FWCC) and the age / dimensions of your child.

The most popular sizes are 5, 6 and 7 .

What does a base size mean?

Base size is the size of a sling that will allow you to wrap a FWCC carry.


Clothes size - base size

EU 34 – wrap size 4

EU 36 – wrap size 5

EU 38-40 – wrap size 6

EU 42-44 – wrap size 7

EU 44+ – wrap size 8

Some carries require a longer or shorter sling, but your „base size” will be perfect for FWCC carry.

What does the actual size mean?

Size 4 – 3.6 m
Size 5 – 4.2 m
Size 6 – 4.6 m
Size 7 – 5.2 m
Size 8 – 5.6 m (on individual order)
