Shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipments are provided by companies UPS and FedEx.

Once your order has been sent, it will usually take up to 5 working days in Europe and 7 working days worldwide* 

* this date may change depending on the internal date of the courier company.

A phone number and email MUST be provided.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days right of return policy. If 14 days since the purchase have passed , unfortunately the goods are not returnable.

Returned items must be new, without any signs of use.

You can download the return form HERE. If your return is approved, I will immediately transfer the funds to the account number provided by you.
